RALEIGH -- Former state authority Richard Morgan has finished what seemed impossible: He has rallied Republicans to urge the administration department department of Democratic Gov. Bev Perdue.
Morgan, who as co-speaker of the House murderous his associate Republicans by auxiliary with Democrats, filed an ethics censure this week againstLanier Cansler, cabinet member of the Department of Health and Human Services.
